HOPE has been a favorite charity of Geoff's for years, as they work tirelessly to find good homes for injured and abandoned animals. HOPE recently rescued an astounding 60 healthy cats, that were scheduled to be euthanized, from animal control. Aerolite makes regular contributions to the shelter's operating costs.

Challenger Space Center Arizona employees and volunteers work diligently to educate the public — especially young people — about the space program, astronomy, and general science. Geoff has worked closely with them over the past few years, including fundraising events, the donation of meteorites for a permanent display and, most recently, he designed and curated They Came From Outer Space which will run for an entire year, featuring over one hundred meteorites as well as equipment, wardrobe, and props used during the filming of Meteorite Men.

RAFFLE RULES

• Tickets are $5.00 each or 6 for $25.00 (US dollars), with a special offer of 50 for $200

• You do not need to be present to win. However, if you are not present at the drawing and your prize package needs to be shipped, you are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping fees will vary, based on a number of factors and we will discuss the best shipping options with you when we notify you of your win.

• You may purchase as many tickets as you like. There is no limit on the number of prizes you can win.

• The drawing will take place at noon, Friday, February 15, 2013 in the Aerolite Meteorites gem show room, located at the Hotel Tucson City Center, suite 323 in Tucson, Arizona. All are welcome to attend the drawing. You do not need to be present to win.

• Checks from the proceeds of the raffle will be presented to representatives of HOPE Animal Shelter and Challenger Space Center Arizona immediately following the drawing on February 15th.

• Online entries must be received no later than 5:00 MST Thursday, February 14, 2013 in order to be eligible for the raffle. Any entries received after that time will not be included in the raffle. We will accept your payment as a donation to our favorite charities. Thank you for your support.

• In-person entries will be accepted until 10:00 AM MST Friday, February 15, 2013 (the day of the drawing) at Hotel Tucson City Center only in suite 323 and until 6:00 PM MST Thursday, February 14, 2013 at Kino Gem & Mineral (Tucson Electric Park) Aerolite Meteorites/Meteorite Men show tent.

• We will be in the middle of the gem show during the raffle — the busiest three weeks out of the year for us. If you are entering online please comply exactly with the simple ticket purchase guidelines (see below in red) or you will not be entered into the raffle. We will not be able to contact you for additional/missing information. (ie your name, email and phone number in the notes section of the PayPal order form).

• If you are entering the raffle in person (Hotel Tucson City Center suite 323, or the Aerolite/Meteorite Men tent at Kino Gem & Mineral during the show) you will be responsible for filling out your own raffle tickets with name, phone and email address. If your handwriting is illegible, you will be disqualified.

• If you are not present during the drawing, we will notify you of your winnings within one week. Please be patient and refrain from calling or emailing asking for the results, as that will only delay us.

• Employees of Aerolite Meteorites, LLC, and Stanegate Press, LLC are not eligible to enter.

• If you are ordering online through the PayPal button below, your name, email and phone number MUST BE INCLUDED in the notes section of your order form. If this information is not provided, you will not be entered into the raffle, and your payment will be considered a donation to our two favorite charities. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Information for online entrants will be transferred to the appropriate number of tickets purchased and physically included in the drawing box.
