SHIPPING INFORMATION
Each order is carefully packed and every specimen comes with a hand made identification card. Signed Certificates of Authenticity are available free of charge for any specimen — just ask. Deluxe gift wrapping is available for a nominal fee. For most orders shipped within the United States, shipping and handling is $7.95 for Priority Mail. Larger meteorites are sent by flat rate Priority Mail for approximately $15, plus insurance or Delivery Confirmation. Overseas orders can be shipped air mail, USPS Global Priority Mail (GPM), UP. Due to the poor quality of service we have received from Fedex we no longer use them as a carrier. If you require expedited delivery, we are pleased to arrange that with UPS. Please contact us for exact shipping costs. We will find the best way to get your space rock to you.

INSURANCE DISCLAIMER AND RETURNS POLICY
We strongly recommend that our customers purchase postal insurance for all orders. Insurance only costs a few dollars and it protects both purchaser and seller in case a valuable meteorite specimen gets lost in the mail. United States Postal Service insurance rates are available upon request. For high value specimens we recommend sending by Registered Mail. Please note: Aerolite Meteorites is not responsible for uninsured packages once they are turned over to the postal service. In the unlikely event that an insured package is lost, buyer will be refunded in full, or may substitute another specimen of comparable value. If you are not satisfied with your purchase return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days (less shipping costs). Returns made after the 14-day period are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

OVERSEAS BUYERS PLEASE NOTE
We prefer not to accept PayPal for overseas orders. For PayPal orders from outside the United States we add 4% to the total order due to PayPal's exorbitant "cross border" fees. If you are purchasing from overseas we recommend Discover, Visa, Mastercard or international money orders in $US. We ship anywhere in the known universe. Please contact us by email and we will find the best and most economical method to get your specimen to you safely.
